    Victor Fello, 61, Wilbur, Stoystown RD 2, died March 12, 1994.  Family 
  will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner 
  Funeral Home, Hooversville, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
