  FERRIS
  
    Betty J. Ferris, 63, Meyersdale, died Oct. 15, 1986, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 3, 1923, in Hooversville, daughter of the
  late William and Della (Brown) Johnson.  Survived by her husband, George;
  and a son, Lanny Dillon, Hagerstown, Md.  Sister of: Milton Johnson,
  Hooversville; and Mrs. Evelyn Dillon, Meyersdale RD 3.  Member of Zion
  Lutheran Church, Meyersdale.  She was a hairdresser for over 40 years, owned
  and operated Betty's Beauty Salon.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson officiating.
  Interment, P.O.S. of A. Cemetery, Hooversville.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be made to the Meyersdale Public Library or the American
  Cancer Society.
