  FETTER
  
  Ella S. Fetter, 77, of Ligonier, died May 22, 2002, in Latrobe Area
  Hospital.  She was born March 7, 1925, in Ligonier Township, a daughter of
  the late Jerry and Ruth (Johns) Smithley.  In addition to her parents she
  was preceded in death by her husband Harman A. Fetter in 1973, a
  granddaughter, Kristen Trout, and a great-grandson, Bruce Will.  She is
  survived by these children: Mars. Ronald (Debra) Trout of Ligonier, Gerald
  A. (Martha) Fetter of Loyalhanna, Rev. Dennis A. (Christine) Fetter of
  Friedens, and Gary W. (Donna) Fetter of Derry. Eight grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  Also, a sister, Jean Griffith of Ligonier, and two
  brothers, Robert F. (Ina) and Ronald N. (Lou) Smithley, both of Ligonier.
  She was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church and the United
  Methodist Women.  Friends will be received Saturday from 10 a.m. until the
  time of service at 11 a.m. at the Lebanon United Methodist Church with the
  Rev. David A. Bell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Lebanon
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made in her memory to the Lebanon United
  Methodist Church.  Arrangements by the J. Paul McCracken Funeral Chapel,
  Inc., Ligonier.
