  BLISS D. FICHTNER
  
    Bliss D. Fichtner, 71, of Confluence died April 14, 1981, at his home.
    He was born Nov. 4, 1909, in Confluence, a son of the late Clarence and
  Alice (Cover) Fichtner.  He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth
  Hockman; and three daughters: Nancy Ruth Mitchell, Confluence RD 1; Sally
  Ann and Barbara Jane, both at home; and one brother, Clarence R. of Dayton,
  Ohio.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  funeral services were held with the Rev. John Wilson officiating. 
  Interment, Baptist Cemetery.
