  DALTON A. FICHTNER
  
    Dalton A. Fichtner, 79, of Hyndman RD 1, died Feb. 9, 1972, in Lions
  Manor Nursing Home, Cumberland.
    Born Oct. 11, 1892, at Palo Alto, Hyndman RD 1, he was a son of the late
  John L. and Elsie (Hosselrode) Fichtner.
    He was a member of Palo Alto Methodist Church.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Campbell; two daughters, Mrs.
  Thomas Cook, Hyndman; and Mrs. Robert Brode, Bedford, Mass.; one son, Arden
  Fichtner, Grand Valley; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a
  sister, Mrs. Russell Emerick, Hyndman.
    Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon in Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, with Rev. J. Howard Smith officiating. Interment in Palo Alto
  Methodist Church Cemetery.
