  EMMERT C. FIKE
  
    Emmert C. Fike, 82, of Meyersdale, died Feb. 28, 2002 at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Oct. 27, 1919 in Meyersdale.  A son of the late
  Hurley W. and Della (Clapper) Fike.  Survived by his wife, the former Mary
  C. White; and a brother, Galen A. Fike, Melbourne, Fla.  Also survived by a
  number of nieces and nephews.  Emmert was a custodian at the Meyersdale
  Church of the Brethren for 30 years, prior to his retirement.  Friends will
  be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
