JULIA MOSER FIKE

  Mrs. Julia Moser Fike, 87, widow of William Fike, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 1941, 
at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sadie Miller, in Summit Township, following a 
lingering illness.  She was born in Somerset County on June 14, 1853, a daughter 
of Nathaniel and Katherine (Fair) Moser.  Surviving are these children: Mrs. 
James Hahn, Summit Township; Mrs. Edward Hay, Brothersvalley Township; Mrs. 
Edward Lenhart, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Irvin Fike, Meyersdale; Mrs. Sadie Miller, Mrs. 
Ellen Baker, Fairhope; Mrs. Maude Simstren, Chisholmn, Minn.; and William Martz 
of Summit Township.  She was married twice, her first husband being Levi Martz, 
who died many years ago.
  Services were conducted at her home on Wednesday afternoon by Rev. DeWitt L. 
Miller.  Interment was made in Union Cemetery under the direction of H. R. 
Konhaus, local mortician.
