Born March 21, 1899, in Summit Township. Daughter of the late Milton A. and Emma (Vought) Fike. Preceded in death by three sisters: Viola Grace Conn, Mary Peck and Edith Lucille Bloom. Survived by a sister, Helen Boose of Somerset; nieces, Anna Peck and Audrey Slagle; nephew, John L. Peck, and six great-nephews. She was a retired bookkeeper for GTE after 42 years service. Began her career at the old Economy Telephone Co. in Meyersdale. Also a customer representative at the Windber Telephone Co., retiring from the Somerset office in 1960. Member of the Somerset Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Roger Forry officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
