FIKE 4/8/2004 NR March 11, 1923-April 2, 2004 Mary C. Fike, 81 of Meyersdale, died Friday, April 2, 2004, at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. Born March 11, 1923, in Summit Twp., she was a daughter of the late Perley W. and Minerva (Shockey) White. She was also preceded in death by her husband Emmert C. Fike; three brothers: Charles, Ernest, and George; and four sisters: Mae Murphy, Hazel Bowman, Helen Marple, and Viola Haer. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, and was retired from Meyersdale Manufacturing. Friends were received Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service was conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
