  WALTER FIKE
  
    Walter Fike, 96, of Friendsville, Md., died Jan. 31, 1975, in Garrett
  County Memorial Hospital Oakland.
    Born in Friendsville, he was a son of the late Samuel and Mary Ann
  (Spencer) Fike. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Justus
  Myers.
    Surviving are two sons, Paul and Foster Fike, both of Friendsville; seven
  grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service was conducted Monday afternoon in Newmar Funeral Home
  with Rev Roy Riffle officiating.  Interment in Steele Cemtery.
