PRESTON C. FIRL

  Preston C. Firl of Johnstown, R.D., died suddenly Wednesday afternoon, August 
25, while at work in Hooversville.  He is survived by two brothers, Clarence of 
Meyersdale, and Ralph of Akron; and by a sister, Mrs. Pat Hughes of Homer City.
  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Konhaus 
Funeral Home by the Rev. Gerald Polman, with interment in the Lichty Cemetery by 
H. R. Konhaus.
