IRVIN L. FIRLE

  Irvin L Firle, 43, of Summit Mills, near Meyersdale, died in the Johnstown 
Memorial Hospital, Tuesday evening, May 5 at 11:45.  He was the son of Urias and 
Amanda (Shumaker) Firle and was born in Summit Mills.
  Surviving are his parents; his widow, Mrs. Mary (Opel) Firle; two daughters, 
Lena and Ruth Firle, both at home, and the following brothers and sisters: 
Milton and Frank Firle, both of Summit Mills; Walter Firle, Jerome; Mrs. Ellen 
Hemmings and Mrs. Homer Lindeman, also of Summit Mills.
  Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 2:30 in the Summit Mills 
Brethren Church with the Rev. A. O. Lorenz, officiating.  Interment in the St. 
Paul's cemetery under the direction of W. C. Price and Son, Meyersdale 
morticians.
