  KENNETH J. FISCHER
  
  Kenneth J. Fischer, 44, Austin, Texas, formerly of Berlin, died April 6,
  2004, at Seton Medical Center, Austin, Texas.  Born Dec. 3, 1959, in
  Lakewood, Ohio, he is the son of Kenneth E. Fischer, West Point, Ky., and
  the late Thelma (Harkcom) Fischer.  In addition to his father he is survived
  by brother Robert R., Matthews, N.C. A graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley
  High School and a computer software engineer for Texas Instruments, Silicon
  Graphic Corp. and IBM.  Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday
  and from 9 a.m. Saturday until time of service at 11 a.m. at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Berlin.  The Rev. Sherman Berkey officiating.  Interment Weller
  Cemetery, Somerset.
