    Charles Fisher, 59, formerly of Garrett, died Sunday, April 27, 1980, in
  Erie, Pa.
    He was the son of the late James G. and Dorothy L. (Burke) Fisher of 
  Meyersdale.
    He is survived by George Robert Fisher of Florida, and John Fisher of 
  Erie, and one sister, Betty Chaney of Newburg.
    Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
