Fisher, 90, of 819 Coleman Ave., Johnstown, died Sept. 1, 1982, at home. She was born Oct. 2, 1892, in Somerset, daughter of Harry and Emma (Clark) Burket. She was preceded in death by parents; husband John M.; step-mother; two brothers; four half-brothers; and one sister. She is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Iva Emert of Somerset and Mrs. Twila Sevits of Berlin RD 4; six half-sisters: Mrs. Hazel Showman of Somerset; Mrs. Amanda Bowman of Meyersdale; Mrs. Evelyn Ash of Somerset RD 6; Mrs. Thelma Neveling of Garrett; Miss Mabel Burket of Somerset; and Mrs. Martha Cramer of Somerset RD 3; also several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church, Johnstown, and the Queen Esther Bible Class. Friends were received at the John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown, where services were held with Rev. Harry E. Hull officiating. Interment, St. John's Cemetery, Somerset. The Republic, September 9, 1982 [F0364]
