K. Fisher, died suddenly at 9:30 o'clock Tuesday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Verna Rohlf, at 107 Haas Avenue of Connellsville of a heart condition. She had been ill since Easter Sunday when she attended church. Mrs. Fisher had been bedfast and was getting out of bed to sit up for a short time when she dropped over dead. She was born November 26, 1867, at Confluence, a daughter of Milton and Caroline Woodmancy Show, both deceased. She was united in marriage with L. K. Fisher, awning dealer, of Connellsville, and the couple went there in 1907. Surviving are her husband, two children, Mrs. Verna Rohlf and Mrs. Althea Ghost, both of Haas Ave., Connellsville. There are six grandchildren and three brothers, Joseph B. Show, William S. Show and E. Mansfield Show. The funeral was held Friday afternoon with a brief service at the Rohlf home at 1 o'clock and additional rites at the C. B. Humbert Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Nicholas F. Richards, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Connellsville, of which she was a member, officiated. Interment in the Baptist Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, April 23, 1942
