Born Aug. 13, 1929, in Derry Township, he is a son of the late Edward and Savilla (Stevanus) Fisher. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Faye (Weimer) Fisher, and infant daughter, Cathy Lynn and two brothers, George and Donald Fisher. Survivors include his second wife, Betty Lou (Schmidt) Fisher; sister, Sarah Jane, wife of Eli Sommers, Springs; and the following children, Rita Faye, married to Calvin Peck, New Lexington; Wanda Kay, married to Jim Leydig, Coal Run; Peggy Sue Durst, Confluence; Roxann Michelle, married to Ron Leydig, Berlin,; Debra Jean Cornelius, DePere, Wisc.; Kenneth Clifford Fisher, married to Linda Nicholson, Winchester, Va.; Patricia Laura, married to Eric Zimmerman, Salisbury; David Allen Fisher, Friedens; Susan Jane, married to Sam Baker, Rockwood; 23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Retired heavy equipment operator for the former Rodamer Concrete Products Co. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where services will be conducted on Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Rev.
