Born April 6, 1885 in Garrett, daughter of John and Julia (Kimmel) Bowman. Preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, George Weyand; her second husband, Charles Fisher; and two sons, Ernest Weyand and John Fisher. Survived by these children: Mrs. John (Glenavey) Hittie and Mrs. Theodore (Gladys) Saler, both of Sarasota, Fla; Wesley Lohr and Mrs. Vernon (Janet) Croyle, both of Kanter; 22 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren. Member of the Kanter United Methodist Church were she served as a Sunday school teacher and a class leader. Prayer services were held at the Lewisburg Home Sunday afternoon. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and until noon Wednesday in the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Remains will be removed to the Kanter United Methodist Church to lie in state from 1 p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. J.R. Peterson officiating, assisted by Rev Fred Walker.
