FISHER Meyersdale relatives recently received belated news of the death of Mrs. Ida E. Fisher, wife of Rev. William D. Fisher, a well known retired minister of the Church of the Brethren, at Baltic, Ohio, July 5th. Mrs. Fisher was a daughter of Isaac J. and Mary E. (Lint) Miller, and was born near Berlin, O., March 24, 1875. She was a granddaughter of the late Gillian Lint, pioneer blacksmith of Meyers Mills, now Meyersdale, and his wife, Elizabeth (Hostetler) Lint. A son and daughter preceded her in death; surviving are her husband and a daughter, Mrs. Ardon F. Denlinger, of Dayton, O. There are four grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Clayton Stahly and Mrs. Frank Lehman, both of Nappanee, Ind., and two brothers, Frank P. Miller, North Canton, O., and Charles G. Miller, Akron, O. Funeral services were conducted July 8, in the Baltic, O., Church of the Brethren, from which her husband, Rev. W. D. Fisher, recently retired as pastor. The services were in charge of Revs. J. O. Winger, Nappanee, Ind.; Edward Shepfer, Sugarcreek, Ohio; John McCormack and Henry Voss, of Baltic, Ohio. Interment was made in the church cemetery, Baltic. Surviving relatives of Mrs. Fisher in Pennsylvania are cousins - Harry H. Lint, Rev. Samuel J. Berkley, Mrs. M. J. Gnagey, W. A. Shoemaker, Frank Shumaker, and Miss Ida C. Shumaker, Meyersdale; Mrs. Carrie Forney, Pittsburgh; Dorsey Lint and the Berkleys and Alwines, Johnstown. Meyersdale Republican, July 27, 1944
