  John David Fisher, 64, Boswell RD 2, died Dec. 7, 1988, at home.  Born Aug.
  29, 1924, in Jenner Township, son of the late Frank J. and Stella V.
  (Barnett) Fisher.  Survived by these children: Cynthia Smyth, Hollsopple RD
  1; Thomas, married to former Pamela Sloan, Boswell RD 2; and Richard,
  Somerset RD; and grandchildren: Nathan, Daniel, Bradley, Jason and Matthew.
  Brother of Dorothy, wife of Clyde Horner, Tionesta RD 1; and Helen, widow of
  Charles Corbett, Hooversville RD 1.  Member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran
  Church, Jennerstown.  Army veteran of World War II and life long Jenner
  Township farmer.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at HOFFMAN
  FUNERAL HOME, MAIN STREET, BOSWELL, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Friday with the Rev. Edward N. Corneilson officiating.  Interment, Lutheran
  Cemetery, Jennerstown.  Memorial contributions to American Cancer Society,
  Somerset Chapter, would be appreciated.
