FISHER Josephine M. (Jo) Fisher, 73, of North Second Street, Oakland, Maryland, died September 16, 1983, at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born in Friendsville, Md., she was a daughter of the late James B. Frantz and Emma B. (Frazee) Frantz. She was a member of Selbysport United Methodist Church; the United Methodist Women; Woodmen of the World Camp 45, Oakland; Chapter 67, Order of the Eastern Star, Oakland, and the Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Fisher, in 1974, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Robinson, Friendsville and Mrs. Linda Edwards, Grantsville, Maryland; two brothers, James E. Frantz, McHenry, and William Frantz, Sun Valley, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. Mabel Yutzy, Oakland, Maryland; Mrs. Mary Myers, Portsmouth, Ohio; Mrs. Helen Sausman, Friendsville; Mrs. Madge Thomas, Elyria, Ohio and Mrs. Joyce Skidmore, McHenry, Maryland; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services were conducted at the Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, with the Rev. Edward Myers officiating. Interment will be in Addison Cemetery.
