  Luther C. (Bud) Fisher, 67, of 9304 W. Center St., Windham, Ohio,
  died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 1986.  Born April 1, 1919, son of Alpha and
  Mary (Ogline) Fisher, in Somerset and was raised in the Somerset
  area.  Has lived in Windham since 1954.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Dorothy Thompson, two sons, Charles C. and James D.; eight
  grandchildren, brother, Earl and sister, Ruth Putnam.  Friends will
  be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Mallory-DeHaven Funeral Home,
  Garrettsville, Ohio, where services will be held at 11 a.m.
  Saturday.  Burial, Windham Cemetery.
