Fisher, 1001, Arbutus Park Retirement Community died Sept. 5, 2002 at Arbutus Park. Born Dec. 15, 1900 in Boswell. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isiac Gashaw. Preceded in death by parents, husband Joseph H. Fisher, daughter Joan Seckinger and these brothers and sisters: Cora Rummel, Charles, Grace Geisel, Edwin and Dwight. Survived by these children: Betty widow of Jack Strayer, Laurel View Village, Davidsville; Wayne married to the former Margaret Webb, Johnstown and William married to the former Bonnie (Horner) Peterson. Also survived by grandchildren Timothy, Steven, Douglas, Bradley and Kim Strayer, Tim Seckinger, Robin Miller, Sharon Fullis Frederick Fisher, Peggy Kauffman, Martha Sue Collins, Deborah Menzie and Thomas Fisher. Also 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a former school teacher and a great mom. Family receiving friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday at Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown with Rev.
