    Gertie E. Fitzpatrick, 81, of Hyndman RD 1, died Jan. 17, 1981 in Bedford
  County Memorial Hospital, Bedford.
    She was born in Hyndman June 19, 1899, and was a daughter of the late
  Daniel and Susan (Mull) Kirchner.  Her husband, Herman T. Fitzpatrick, died
  in 1951.
    She was a life long resident of Hyndman and was a member of the Hyndman
  United Church of Christ.
    She is survived by a son, James J. Fitzpatrick, Hyndman; two daughters,
  Miss Anna S. Fitzpatrick, Hyndman RD 1, and Mrs. Mary Huntsberger,
  Somerset; two brothers, Martin Luther Kirshner, Nanty Glo; and Dewey
  Kirshner, Arizona; a step-brother, Charles DeLancy, Central City; a sister,
  Mrs. Bertha Slotnick, Yonkers, N.Y.; eight grandchildren and three
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Ziegler Funeral Home where services were
  conducted with the Rev. H.B. Rittenhouse officiating.  Interment will be in
  Hyndman Cemetery.
