    Bonnie Jane Flanagan, 74, formerly of National Pike, Grantsville, Md.,
  died Feb 22, 1996, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Flanagan was born March 23, 1921, in Chicago, ILL.  She was the daughter
  of the late Henry Wilson and Leona P. (Wissler) Bills.
    Flanagan had been employed as an illustrator for a publishing company. 
  She was a member of the National Humane Society and the Cumberland Humane
  Society and was of the Catholic faith.
    Graveside services were held Feb. 23 in the Grantsville Cemetery.  Father
  David Lawlor officiated.  Interment followed.  The Newman Funeral Home,
  Grantsville, was in charge of arrangements.
