  BESSIE M. FLICK
  
  Bessie M. Flick, 76, Somerset RD 8, died May 12, 1988, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 1, 1911, in Allenvale, a daughter of the
  late Jacob H. Sr. and Sophia (Marshall) Flick.  Also preceded in death by
  brothers William B., Richard P. and George J., and an infant sister,
  Marion.  She is survived by one sister and one brother:  Mrs. Nellie G.,
  wife of Espy Clark, Somerset RD 7; and Jacob H. Jr., Akron, Ohio; and
  several nieces and nephews.  She was a member of the Christ Casebeer
  Evangelical Lutheran Church.  Retired operator of Pelican Restaurant. 
  Formerly employed by Howard Johnson Restaurant on the turnpike.  Friends
  will be received 2-9 p.m. Saturday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home
  where services will be conducted Sunday at 1:30 p.m.  Interment, Bethany
  Cemetery.
