Flick, 96, of Mount Pleasant, died Dec. 11, 1996, at the Harmon House, Mount Pleasant. Born May 7, 1900, in Jefferson Township, Somerset County, a son of the late Albert Flick and Mary (Shaulis) Hay Flick. Preceded in death by his wife, Elsie (Everett) Flick in 1986; three brothers: Oliver, Harry and James Flick; a half-brother, Frank Flick; two half-sisters, Mabel Hay and Olive (Hay) Barron. Survived by several nieces and nephews. He was a retired employee of the Kendi Construction Co. of Scottdale. Member of the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received from 2 until time of service at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren in Mount Pleasant Township with Pastor Robert Bloom officiating.
