  JoEllison Flick, 52, Hooversville, died Feb. 20, 2004, at Memorial Medical
  Center.  Born April 5, 1951, in Jenner Township, daughter of Vernon and
  Armitta (Nedrow) Whipkey.  Preceded in death by parents and an infant
  sister, Edith Jean.  Survived by her husband of 36 years, James C.; sons,
  James C. Jr., and fiancee Michelle Bryner of Somerset, and Kenneth, married
  to the former Kimberly Lenhart of Hooversville; and granddaughters, Ashley
  Ann, Rebecca Lynn, Haley Elizabeth and Sydney Taylor.  Sister of: Vernon
  Dale Whipkey of Boswell, Fay Beener, Carol Lane, William and Eugene
  Whipkey, all of Somerset, Deloris Meyer of St. Paris, Ohio, Mark Whipkey of
  Timmonsville, S.C. and Jennie Friedline of Jenners. Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, 976 Barn
  St., Hooversville, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday.  The Rev.
  Gerald L. Myers officiating.  Interment, P.O.S. of A. Cemetery,
  Hooversville.  Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes
  Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
