    Ray Dean Flick, 69, Whistler Road, Kantner, died Aug. 19, 2000 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Aug. 30, 1930 in Reading Mines, son of Bertha
  (Brown) Flick of Berlin, and the late William Russell Flick.  Beloved
  husband of the former Betty Joann Hollis, whom he was married to for 48
  years.  Father of Connie, married to Daniel Weyant, Somerset, and Ray
  Russell Flick, Maine.  Also survived by daughter-in-law, Shelia (Berkebile)
  Flick, Somerset, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.  Brother of
  William John Flick, Berlin, and Shirley Ann McDonald, Somerset.  Retired
  from Alumbaugh Coal Co.  Member of Reading Grace Brethren Church, and an
  avid hunter.  No viewing at Ray's request.  Memorial service will be held
  at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26 at Reading Grace Brethren Church.  Rev. Larry
  Weigle officiating.  Interment Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.  Cremation
  arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
