Born Feb. 20, 1938, the daughter of John and Anna (Wills) Foy and later adopted and raised by Commodore and Pearl (Messerly) Eckman. She was preceded in death by two sons, Frank and Matthew Flickinger; one brother George Foy; one sister Elizabeth "Betty" Foy. Judy leaves her husband of 50 years Philip Flickinger whom she married Oct. 8, 1954. Also survived by two daughters, Janet Flickinger and Kathy Falcon both of Youngstown, Ohio; three sons Philip Jr. (Corrine), Cleveland; Thomas (Miriam) of Miami; and Glenn "Scott," Youngstown; three sisters, Dorothy (Norman) Crawford, Elkton, Ohio; Ethel Foy, Youngstown; and Margaret (George) Clay, North Lima, Ohio; two brothers John Foy and Paul Griffin, both of Liberty; her cousin and best friend Esther Kaluza, Youngstown; and 13 grandchildren. Besides being a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family, Judy was a prep-cook for years in different area restaurants. She was also a former member of Youngstown Baptist Church.
