  CLEDA E. FLORA
  
    Cleda E. Flora, 87, formerly of 312 Harrison Street, was dead on arrival
  Friday, March 13, 1987, at Frostburg Community Hospital.  She had been
  residing at Frost Village Nursing Home in Frostburg, Md.
    Born in Greenville Township, she was a daughter of the late Levi and Anna
  Katherine (Altmiller) Shultz.  Her husband, Jasper W. Flora, died in 1970.
    She was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Dames of Malta
  and Railroad Machinist's Auxiliary.
    Surviving are a son, Lawrence S. Hansrote, Colorado Springs, Colo.; two
  daughters, Mrs. Violet M. Skelley, LaVale, Md.; and Mrs. Cheryl F. Fehlman,
  Elkton, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Maude Fritz, Berlin; and Mrs. Mabel Fogle,
  Garrett; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
    The Kight Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
