CHARLES A. FLOTO

  Charles A. Floto, a native of Berlin, passed away Monday evening, due to a 
heart attack.  He was making his home with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and 
Mrs. Will Frazier of Cumberland.  He was over 80 years of age and was a Civil 
War veteran.
