SARAH FLOTO

  Mrs. Sarah (Engle) Floto, 82, one of Berlin's best known residents, died at 6 
o'clock Saturday morning at her home on Main Street.  She had been in ill health 
several months.  The deceased was a daughter of Clement and Margaret (Atcheson) 
Engle, both deceased, and was born in Somerset County on April 19, 1858.
  Surviving are two children - Amelia, wife of Edward Levy, well-known Berlin 
jeweler, and Ralph E. Floto, Berlin.  She was a sister of Mrs. Mary Wadsworth, 
Cumberland, Md.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Floto 
home by Rev. C. P. Bastian, D.D., pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church.  Interment 
was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Berlin under the direction of J. N. Johnson & 
Son, Berlin morticians.
