    Rose A. Fochtman, 69, of Berlin died Nov. 3, 1995, at Meadow View
  Manor.  Born Dec. 5, 1925, in New Baltimore.  Daughter of Joseph and Olive
  (Schaub) O'Brien.  Preceded in death by parents; husband Joseph; sisters
  Helen and Irene O'Brien.  Survived by these children:  Betty O'Brien of
  Charleroi; Elaine, married to Harold Landis; Edward, married to the former
  Nancy Kimmel; Catherine and Ronald Parrish; Patrick; Bernard and Sherri
  Gordon; Dolores and Donald VanGilder; and Ronald, all of Berlin; Henry,
  married to the former Cathy Kimmel, Somerset; and Patty and Scott Gordon,
  Windber.  Stepchildren Wayne, married to the former Theresa Schurie of
  Berlin and Roy, of Bedford.  13 grandchildren and one
  great-granddaughter.  Sister of Mary Imgrund, Harold O'Brien, Leo O'Brien,
  Margaret Hillegas, Rita Felton, Robert O'Brien, Anna O'Brien, Gerald
  O'Brien, Theresa Drenning, Evelyn Fletcher and Frank O'Brien.  Member of
  St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of New Baltimore.  Family will receive
  friends from 3 p.m. until time of service at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin.  The Rev. Mark Begly officiating.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to the Diabetic Association.
