  EVELYN C. FOGLE
  
    Evelyn C. Fogle, 86, of Berlin, died Dec. 31, 1999, at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate.  She was born May 26, 1913, in Berlin, daughter of Harry and
  Winifred (May) Lytle.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Donald Earl,
  daughter, Virginia, son, Wayne, and brother, Edison.  Survived by these
  sons:  Barry G., married to former Carol Jean Diest, and David, both of
  Berlin; and Neil of Sterling, Va.; five grandchildren, four
  great-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.  Sister of Elwood
  Lytle and Altha Jackson, both of Baltimore, Md.; and Doris Smith of
  Berlin.  She was retired from Snyder of Berlin.  Member of Berlin Brethren
  Church.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday. 
  Rev. Owen Preston and Rev. Ralph Landis officiating.  Interment, Berlin
  IOOF Cemetery.
