Folk, 86, formerly of Grantsville, Maryland, died March 10, 1984, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Jacob L. Kinsinger and Etta (Brenneman) Kinsinger and was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Folk. She was a member of Springs Mennonite Church and the Mars Hill Homemakers Club. She had been active on the Garrett County Farm Bureau and the Garrett County Fair Board. She is survived by three sons, Dwight O. Folk, Salisbury; Wayne W. Folk, Meyersdale; and Orlo D. Folk, Grantsville; two daughters, Mrs. Marvette Fisher, Fairport Harbor, Ohio, and Mrs. Retha Oester, Canton, Ohio; two brothers, Clarence Kinsinger, Canton, and Orville Kinsinger, Grantsville, Md.; one sister, Mrs. Verna Folk, Grantsville; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, was in charge of arrangements. Services were conducted at Springs Mennonite Church by the Rev. Steven Heatwole and the Rev. Walter Otto.
