    Rose Marie (Carpinteri) Folton, 89, Jenners,  died June 2, 2008, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born Jan. 20, 1919, in Garrett, the daughter  of Paul and Grace (Cassisi) Carpinteri. 
  Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Josephine Toth and Pauline Borosky.  Survived by
  her husband of 66 years,  Edward J. Folton Sr.;  son, Edward J.  Folton Jr., married  to
  the former  Pattie Blasko, Davidsville; grandchildren, Eric Folton, Jenners; Pilar
  Himes,  Johnstown; Felicia, married to Julian  Beglin, Johnstown; and Aaron Folton,
  married to the former Allison Gearhart,  Davidsville; great- grandchildren, Tyler, 
  Korie, Kara, Juliah, Sean, Eliya, Camryn, Michael and Evan; brother, Samuel P.
  Carpinteri, Boswell; and sister, Jenny Bovo,  Brooklyn, N.Y. Also survived by  numerous
  nieces, nephews and  in-laws. A 1939 graduate of the  former Boswell High School. Member
  of All Saints Catholic Parish. Rose was a quiet and gentle lady devoted to her husband
  and family. She loved her cats and tending to her flower garden. She enjoyed her ladies'
  night out  playing bingo and the special times  with her grandchildren and great-
  grandchildren. She will be sadly  missed by all who knew and loved  her. Viewing from 2
  to 4 and  7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409
  Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held Wednesday afternoon.
  Funeral Mass held 10 a.m. Thursday at All Saints Church, Boswell. The Rev. Father Michael
  Lewandowski, OFM Conv., celebrant. Committal Mount Carmel Cemetery, near Jennerstown.
