    Mildred Foltz, 94, Central City, died Feb. 18, 2008. Born March 12, 1913, the daughter
  of Harry and Hattie (Shaulis) Weaver. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Victor;
  grandson, Nathan; and brothers, Simon, Russell and Vernon. Survived by her children,
  Geraldine Mandolene, Somerset; Shirley (James) Buffy, Alum Bank; Victor II (Patricia),
  Central City; Patricia (Dalton) Foy, Berlin; Jerry (Dorothy), Fred and fiancˇe, Alice,
  Jane (Albert) Fetsko, and Randy, all of Central City. Also survived by 16 grandchildren;
  24 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Dora Byrd, New York;
  and Nettie Ellen Queer, Berlin. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at
  the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. The
  Rev. Robert Way officiating. Interment, Somerset Memorial Park.
