Fombaugh, 65, Somerset, died June 16, 1984, at his residence. Born Nov. 3, 1918, in Johnstown, son of the late Jacob and Margaret (Karshin) Fombaugh. Survived by his wife, the former M. Louise Watts, and these children: A. Ronald, Newville, Pa.; and Mrs. Thomas (Carol) McClintock, Somerset; and grandchildren: Douglas, Susan, Rhonda, Michael and David Fombaugh; Jeff, Joe, Jim and Julie McClintock. He was the brother of: Howard, Harold, and Mrs. Rosemarie Koch, all of Johnstown. Member of the Somerset Alliance Church, former owner and operator of the One-Hour Dura Cleaners, also an employee of the Coleman Company. Treasurer and past-president F.O.E. Aerie 1801. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Somerset Alliance Church, with the Rev. James Vandervort and the Rev. Loren Lichty officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. Remains will lie in state at the church from 12 noon until time of service. Daily American, June 18, 1984 [F0618]
