  FORCHECK
  
    Bertha Forcheck, 68, of Berlin, passed away Saturday, April 13, 1996. 
  She was born Dec. 8, 1927 in Searights, Pa.  Daughter of Charles and Mary
  Hriscisce Forcheck.  Survived by a sister, Helen Stringham of Greenbrier,
  Ark.; two brothers, Nicholas Forcheck of Uniontown and Charles Forcheck Jr.
  and his wife Harriet Forcheck of Fairbank, Pa.; two nephews; one niece and
  two very close friends, Judy and John Glessner, with whom she made her
  home.  Friends received in the Dearth Funeral Home, New Salem, Pa., from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17 the hour of
  service with Pastor Philip Harrison officiating at the Cherry Tree Alliance
  Church.  Interment followed in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
