      Bessie Virginia Ford, 97 of Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord April 28, 2008 at
  Golden Living Center Meyersdale. 
      She was born October 4, 1910 in Baltimore, MD. A daughter of the late William L. and
  Bessie (Shinnick) Bradfield. Also preceded in death by her husband Leon S. Ford; and two
  sisters, Rev. Elsie Bradfield and Grace Bradfield. 
      She is survived by four children: Shirley R., wife of Kenneth Lundgren, Catonsville,
  MD; David M. Ford and his wife Lois, Accident, MD; Virginia Lee, wife of Wayne Dunlop,
  Mt. Vernon, OH; and Paul S. Ford, Salisbury. 
      Also survived by five grandchildren: Timothy Ford, Melodie Nollenberger, Carolyn
  Lundgren, Ellen Maynard and Jendy Dunlop; and seven great grandchildren. A sister of
  Sadye Bradfield, Ellicott City, MD. 
      Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Service will be conducted at
  10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Meyersdale United Methodist Church, with the Rev. David Bowman
  officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery. 
      Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home, Inc., Meyersdale.
