  FOREBACK

  Frank Foreback, 94, 313 Railroad St., Jerome, died March 17, 1982, at
  Latrobe Hospital.  Born July 16, 1887, in West Virginia, son of Samuel and
  Susan (Malott) Foreback.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, Fannie
  Deneen, who died in 1966; daughter, Flora Miller; two sons, Harry and
  George; also several sisters and brothers.  Survived by these children:
  Lewis, Jerome; Carl, married to former Alverta Miller, Dry Run, Pa.; Beryl,
  wife of Robert Lape, Glen Burnie, Md.; 15 grandchildren; and numerous
  great-and great-great-grandchildren.  Member of UMWA Local 1742, Jenners. 
  Retired employee of former Hillman Coal and Coke Co., Jerome. Friends
  received from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny
  St., Boswell, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev.
  Carroll S. Ringgold.  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
