CYRUS FORESPRING

  Cyrus Forespring, 69, a retired farmer, died at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at his 
home, 615 Salisbury St., Meyersdale, after an illness of about eight days.  He 
moved to Meyersdale from his farm last March.  He was born April 18, 1875, in 
Meyersdale, a son of the late Garrett and Elizabeth (Bittner) Forespring.  
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret (Burket) Forespring, and four children - 
Florence, Salisbury St., Meyersdale; Norman, at home; Mrs. Henry Housel, 
Meyersdale R.D. 3, and Clark, with the Army in France.  Also surviving are a 
brother, William, Meyersdale, and one grandchild.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at the family residence, 
by Rev. R. M. Dunkelberger, D.D., pastor of Zion Lutheran Church.  Interment in 
Union Cemetery under the direction of H. R. Konhaus.
