(Pat) Forman, 50, owner and operator of the Pat Forman Buick Opel dealership here, died Monday, Oct. 28, 1974, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born in Crellin, Md., March 17, 1924, he was a son of the late John Conner and Lulu (Kitzmiller) Forman. He was also preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Surviving are his wife, the former Dorothy Mazer; and these children: Jay, married to Robin Kantner, Vienna, Va.; David and Peggy, at home; and Linda, wife of Philip Johnson, Garrett; a grandson, James Martin Johnson; also two brothers, Carroll and John Forman, Oakland, Md.: and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Kathryn Lewis, also of Oakland; Margaret, wife of George Mazer, Meyersdale RD 3; Josephine, wife of Oscar Petenbrink, Meyersdale RD 4; Mrs. LuAnn Jackson, Columbiana, Ohio, and Mrs. Glenn (Jean) Yutzy, Meyersdale RD 3. Prior to starting the local auto agency, Mr. Forman had been district manager for Massey-Ferguson Company and had been a car salesman for 20 years. He was affiliated with the Maburg Consistory. He was also a member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren and of Meyersdale Rotary Club. Friends are being received in Konhaus Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a Masonic service will be held at 8 o'clock this (Thursday) evening. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, in the Church of the Brethren, Meyersdale, where the body will lie in state an hour prior to the service. Rev. John Glick will officiate.
