  FORNEY
  
    Charles W. Forney, 86, of Davidsville, died Oct. 28, 1999, in Johnstown.
  Born April 15, 1913.  Survived by wife, the former Emily Strayer, son,
  Richard, and daughter, Doris.  He was a brother of David and Sarah Rhoades.
  Family receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at George E.
  Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville.  Funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday at
  St. David's Lutheran Church, Davidsville, with Rev. Nelson Ilgenfritz
  officiating.
