  FORNEY
  
  Charles W. Forney, 73, Berlin, formerly of Jennerstown, died April 3, 1984,
  in Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Sept. 30, 1910, in Jenner Township,
  son of the late Milton J. and Nellie (Darr) Forney.  Preceded in death by
  parents; his wife, Eva Mae (Keyser) Forney; sisters: Bessie and Verna; and
  brothers: Homer and Harry.  Survived by two sons: Charles R., Somerset RD 7;
  and John E., Lancaster; one granddaughter, Joyce Ernst, Somerset RD 1; one
  great-granddaugher, Melissa Ann; and the following brother and sisters:
  William, Jennerstown; Stella Yoder, Somerset RD 5; Beatrice McGuire,
  Somerset RD 1; Pearl Lavan, Somerset RD 1; and Mildred Marshall, Baltimore,
  Md. Retired coal miner.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today
  (Thursday) in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be
  conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Samuel Charlton officiating.
  Interment, Sipesville Cemetery.
