    Ruth Marie Forney, 80, Somerset, died April 23, 2008, at Somerset Hospital. Born May
  24, 1927, in Mount Pleasant, daughter of Hayes Eugene and Effie (Hoke) Wadsworth.
  Preceded in death by parents; brother, Thomas Wadsworth. Survived by children, Richard
  Dean "Dick" Forney II, married to the former Janet Cox, Selma, Calif.; Ellen M. Forney,
  Somerset; and Mark Forney, Surfside Beach, S.C.; grandchildren, Joshua Forney, Reedley,
  Calif.; and Mrs. Tommy (Ashley) Jolliff, Reedley; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Wadsworth,
  Lancaster. Graduate of Somerset High School. She worked for the Hershey Entertainment
  group until her retirement. Also a member of Somerset Church of the Brethren, she also
  was one of the first vendors at Mountain Craft Days where she did Tole Painting. No
  viewing or visitation. A private service will be conducted Monday at Mount Joy Church
  Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. The Rev. Roger Forry officiating. Interment Mount Joy Church
  Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Somerset Humane Society. P.O. Box 182,
