Surviving are his wife, a daughter and five brothers. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in the Union Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, December 29, 1932 ----- CAMPBELL FORREST Funeral services over the remains of the late Campbell Forrest were conducted last Thursday afternoon at the home of his sister, Mrs. Theodore Bittner, Beachly Street, by Rev. George L. Detweiler, pastor of the Church of the Brethren, with interment in Union Cemetery. Campbell Forrest was born in Scottdale, Pa., July 26, 1889, and passed away in a hospital in Baltimore, Md., December 24, 1932, aged 43 years, 4 months and 28 days. He was united in marriage with Miss Carrie Harding who with a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Kruse, and a granddaughter, all of Pittsburgh, survive. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: J. W. Forrest, Moses Forrest and Mrs. Mollie Bittner, all of Meyersdale; Charles Forrest, Sidney Forrest and Mrs. Minnie Yutsey, of Scottdale, and Curtis Forrest, of Dayton, Ohio. During the services a male quartet rendered two selections - "No Night There" and There'll Be No Dark Valley When Jesus Comes." The family desires to return sincere thanks to kind friends and neighbors who assisted during their dark hour of bereavement. Meyersdale Republican, January 5, 1933
