  JOHN W. FORREST
  
    John William Forrest, 70, of Meyersdale RD 1, died April 1, 1978, at the
  home of his daughter, Mrs. Linda Brenneman.
    Born in Meyersdale, Mr. Forrest was a son on the late John and Julia
  (Harding) Forrest.  Mr. Forrest was a veteran of World War II and was a
  member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
  Also surviving besides his daughter, are his widow, Margaret (Klink)
  Forrest; two sons, William Forrest, Meyersdale; and Max Forrest, Deer Park,
  N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Landis, Canton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and a
  great-grandchild.
    Funeral services were held Monday at the Price Funeral Home with the Rev.
  Bobby Phillips officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
