  FORREST
  
  Max E. Forrest, 49, of Glenshaw, died Feb. 19 at North Hills Passavant
  Hospital.  He was born Oct. 23, 1939 in Meyersdale, son of Mrs. Margaret
  (Klink) Forrest of Meyersdale RD 1 and the late John W. Forrest.  Also
  preceded in death by brother John.  Survived by his wife, the former
  Theresa Gilmartin, and these children: Max T. Forrest, Lake Grove, NY.:
  Dawn Rafii, North Bellmore, N.Y.; Kellie Forrest, Levittown, N.Y.; and
  Patricia Forrest, at home; also four grandchildren.  A brother of William
  D. Forrest and Mrs. Linda Brenneman, both of Meyersdale.  A veteran of the
  U.S. Marine Corps.  Friends received 2-9 p.m. Monday at Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where services are 1 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Pamela Armstrong
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
